Ziruhz ("we", "us") builds and runs AI receptionists for local businesses. We're based in Kansas City, Missouri. This page explains what information we handle, why, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@ziruhz.com.
This website
- You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. There are no accounts or sign-up forms.
- We don't use advertising trackers or sell any information about visitors.
- Our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- If we add website analytics, we'll use a service that doesn't use cookies, and we'll update this page.
When you contact us
If you email us or request a call, we receive what you send, such as your name, business name, phone number and message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss our services. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Calls answered by our AI receptionist
When someone calls a business that uses our service, the call is answered by that business's AI receptionist. Every call starts by telling the caller they are speaking with an AI receptionist and that the call is recorded.
- What's collected: the call recording, a written transcript and summary, and details the caller gives, such as name, phone number and the reason for the call.
- Why: to answer the caller's questions, book or request appointments, alert the business about urgent calls, and send the business a record of its calls.
- Who it belongs to: the business the caller called. We process it only to run that business's service.
- Sensitive numbers: card numbers, bank and account numbers, Social Security numbers and passwords are removed from transcripts after each call.
- How long we keep it: recordings are deleted after 90 days. Transcripts, summaries and requests are kept while the business uses our service, and deleted within 30 days after it stops.
- Separation: each business's data is kept separate from every other business's data.
If you called a business and have a question about your information, you can contact that business or us.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: Retell AI (voice calls and recordings) and the language-model provider it uses, n8n (automation and records), Cal.com (scheduling), and Resend and Google (email). Uptime monitors check that the service is running but never see caller information.
We don't sell personal information
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Security
Access to our systems is limited to the people who run the service. If we learn that a business's data was accessed without permission, we tell that business within 72 hours with what we know.
Children
Our service is for businesses. This website isn't directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
